Service Description
A relaxed 45-minute conversation to talk through where you are and what you're trying to figure out. No preparation needed. You'll get a sense of how I work, and we'll both know if it makes sense to go further. You'll be asked a couple of short questions when you book.
Cancellation Policy
Coaching is a future-focused, collaborative process supporting clarity, decision-making, and personal growth. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, medical care, or legal advice. By booking you confirm you are mentally and emotionally stable enough to participate and will seek licensed support if needed. The client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching may involve emotionally sensitive topics. If the Coach determines coaching is not appropriate, referral to another professional may be recommended. Payment is due in advance. Fees are non-refundable once sessions have been delivered. For unused prepaid sessions, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis minus any delivered services. The Coach reserves the right to adjust fees for future packages with advance notice. 24 hours' notice required to reschedule. Less than 24 hours — session forfeited unless emergency circumstances apply. Repeated cancellations may result in termination of the coaching relationship. All client information is confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except where required by law. Sessions are not recorded without explicit written agreement from both parties. Client data is stored securely and deleted after 6 months unless otherwise agreed. Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend entirely on client engagement and implementation. The Coach makes no representations regarding specific results. This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. The Coach is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, personal decisions, or business, financial, or relational outcomes. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. Either party may terminate in writing. The Coach may terminate if boundaries are violated, ethical concerns arise, or coaching is deemed no longer appropriate.
