About Gala
I am a bilingual (English–Spanish) coach based in Spain. I work with women who are at a turning point — relocating, reinventing, or simply done with a version of themselves that no longer fits.

I know this terrain from the inside. I've lived in ten countries across three continents, moved more times than I can make tidy, and rebuilt my life more than once. I don't say this to impress. I say it because when you're sitting across from a coach, it matters whether she has actually done hard things or just read about them.

My approach is calm, structured, and forward-focused. No cheerleading. No false comfort. Just clarity, a workable plan, and honest accountability.
