Service Description
In 45 minutes, we'll chat about what you want to accomplish and the changes you want to see in your life. If you know what you want, we'll set a plan to achieve it. If you're unsure, you'll walk out with a clearer idea and the first steps to make it happen. The journey is yours. My job is to shine a light on your path. Nothing to prepare, no strings attached. Once you book, I'll send you a couple of short questions to make the most of our talk.
Cancellation Policy
Coaching is a future-focused, collaborative process supporting clarity, decision-making and personal growth. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, medical care or legal advice. If you need clinical support, please seek it alongside or instead of coaching. If coaching isn't the right fit for what you're facing, I may refer you to another professional. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and results. Coaching may touch on emotionally sensitive topics. Results are not guaranteed: outcomes depend on your engagement and on putting the work into practice. Payment is due in advance. Fees are non-refundable once sessions have been delivered. For unused prepaid sessions, refunds are considered case by case, minus any sessions delivered. Fees for future packages may change, with advance notice. Need to reschedule? Give 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, the session is forfeited unless there's an emergency. Repeated cancellations may end the coaching relationship. Everything you share is confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law. Sessions are not recorded without written agreement from both of us. Your data is stored securely and deleted after 6 months unless agreed otherwise. Either of us may end the coaching relationship in writing. I may end it if boundaries are crossed, ethical concerns arise or coaching is no longer appropriate. This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services, and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages or to personal, business, financial or relational outcomes.
