I'm not going to tell you everything will be fine. You already know it will be. What you need is someone to help you figure out what fine actually looks like for you — and then build a path to it.

 

I've lived in ten countries, rebuilt from scratch more than once, and made most of the hard calls you're facing right now. I don't coach from a textbook. I coach from having actually done it.

 

Women come to me at a turning point — relocating, reinventing, or finished with a version of themselves that stopped fitting. My job is to get you clear on what you actually want, build a structure around it, and make something move. Every session ends with something concrete to do.
