This site is run by Gala Guiba Guerrero, a coach based in Málaga, Spain. I am responsible for the personal information you share here. If you have any questions about it, write to me at gala@galaguiba.com.

What I collect and why
Toolkit: your name and email, so I can send you the exercises. If you tick the box, I also send you Unscripted, my newsletter.
Member space: your email and a password, or your Google or Facebook login, so you can log in. Your name, phone and birthday are optional, and only you and I can see them.
Bookings and packages: your name, email, phone and booking details, so I can arrange your sessions and send you reminders.
Payments: handled by the payment providers connected to my site. I see that you have paid, never your full card details.
Coaching sessions: what you tell me in a session stays between us. Any notes I keep are for our work together and are never shared.
Messages: if you write to me by email or WhatsApp, I keep the conversation so I can reply.
Site visits: cookies and similar tools show me which pages are visited and how people found the site, including through my adverts on Facebook and Instagram. Non-essential cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Why I am allowed to use it
Your consent: for the newsletter and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
Our agreement: for bookings, packages and your member account.
The law: for invoices and payment records, which Spanish tax law requires me to keep.
My legitimate interest: for keeping the site secure and working.

Who else handles it
I never sell or rent your information. It is processed by the services I use to run this site: Wix (website, forms, bookings, member space and emails), the payment providers connected to Wix, Meta (Facebook and Instagram adverts), Google and Facebook (if you choose to log in with them) and the video call service named in your booking confirmation. Some of these companies are based outside the European Union. When your data leaves the EU, they use the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Member account: until you delete it or ask me to.
Invoices and payment records: as long as Spanish tax and accounting law requires.
Session notes: up to three years after our last session, then deleted.

Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct, delete or hand over your data, to limit how I use it, or to stop using it.

You can leave Unscripted with the link at the bottom of every email. Write to gala@galaguiba.com and I will reply within one month. If you are not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Age
This site and my coaching are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes
If this policy changes, I will update it here and change the date at the top.
